CARPEA · Roadmap

Our work, in order

Here is what we are building, in order of priority. This is a direction of work, not a schedule: we advance task by task, and we report on what is done.

  1. Gather the first voicesExperienced practitioners recognised by their peers, researchers, then schools. The order matters: a framework is judged first by those who hold it, before it spreads.
  2. Test and complete the FrameworkConfront it with frameworks other than the one used to reconstruct it, then write the two frameworks still missing: supervision and continuing development.
  3. Forge the convergencesSign mutual recognition agreements and charters of good neighbourliness with the schools, associations and federations already engaged, each keeping its identity and its framework.
  4. Equip the publicExtend the reference points that let anyone check a practitioner, recognise warning signs and report a breach, including against a member.
An order of priority, not a promise of dates. Each piece of work advances at its own pace and reports on the Transparency page. This is how we want to be judged: on what is done, not on what is announced.

What is already in place

The roadmap does not start from nothing. The heart of the framework is written and public.

The Framework

Reconstructed and released to the commons under the CC BY-SA 4.0 free licence.

The Code of Ethics

Written, enforceable, with a real avenue of recourse.

The scope and the circles

The criterion of the act, four circles, edges we own.

The admission criteria

Tiers, verifiable thresholds, supervision and insurance required.

The governance

A small, transparent steering committee, backed by external oversight.

Public verification

Reference points to check a practitioner and report a breach.
